Safety & Rental Policies
Equipment Condition & Inspection
We carefully inspect and service every piece of equipment before it goes out. Customers are responsible for checking equipment before use and inspecting trailer hitches and safety chains before transport. Let us know right away if you notice anything that looks off.
Loading & Transport Responsibility
Customers are responsible for loading and unloading their equipment. If we assist, you’re still responsible for securing the equipment safely. Use proper tie-downs and inspect all connections before leaving the yard.

Site Access & Delivery
If we’re delivering to your job site, please make sure the area is clear, accessible, and ready. If underground utilities are present, they must be marked ahead of time to avoid damage.
Equipment Malfunction
If any rental equipment becomes unsafe, malfunctions, or stops working:
- Stop using it immediately
- Call us right away
- Do not attempt to repair it yourself
We’ll replace the unit if available or work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Guidelines
To avoid additional fees:
- Return fuel-powered machines with a full tank
- Remove heavy mud, debris, or build-up before return
- Include any attachments or accessories that came with the rental
Late returns may be billed at the daily rate unless extended in advance.
